With over three decades of combined experience in education and technology, Maurie and Jim are the strategic powerhouse behind AI Education Professionals. In addition to their pivotal roles within the company, they have independently authored two notable books about AI in Education, further establishing their thought leadership and providing valuable insights and guidance on integrating AI in educational settings.

Maurie, an entrepreneurial spirit with a BA in Education and a Master's in Counseling, has a professional journey that spans 17 years in K-12 education. Her resume is a blend of diverse experiences, including owning a tech company, owning a restaurant, and holding various educational roles from a primary and secondary school teacher to a tech coach, school counselor, and assistant principal. Her voice has echoed in state conferences, resonating with her numerous professional development training sessions and maker space curriculum presentations in over 50 schools. Maurie's expertise transforms learning experiences, inspiring students and educators to embrace new technologies and discover innovative ways to enrich their classrooms.

On the other hand, Jim is a visionary leader passionate about integrating technology and artificial intelligence (AI) into the educational sphere. Before stepping into the world of K-12 education, Jim left his mark in the corporate realm, traveling globally to deliver technology training. Equipped with an Associate Degree in Electronics Technology and a BS in Computer Science and Engineering, Jim has since spent 17 transformative years as a Computer Engineer and Technology Director. He has shared the stage with Maurie, presenting to more than 50 schools nationwide and earning a reputation as an influential motivator. His expertise has guided numerous schools toward integrating advanced technological solutions that bolster student success, nurture creativity, and enhance critical thinking.
